JO HELDREICH
CEO
Jo qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 and has spent the majority of her career working in the not-for profit sector, both inside and outside of practice.
Jo now oversees the work of the brilliant team at Beehive in delivering exceptional Finance and Operations functions to organisations in the small charity sector.
Jo has never looked back since setting up Beehive in 2014 and feels privileged to have worked alongside so many truly inspirational, passionate and energetic individuals, all coming together to transform lives for the better.
SU FOSTER
PEOPLE & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Having spent 25+ years in the design industry, working with major profit making brands, Su wanted to use her skill set to help make people’s lives better.
Beehive’s unique proposition of providing a 360 finance and operations team to not for profit organisations was the perfect opportunity.
Working alongside the most dedicated and talented team at Beehive, knowing that their work directly improves outcomes for the most disadvantaged is a delight.
DAVID TOMLIN
FINANCE DIRECTOR
David joined Beehive in 2018 as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
A strong leader who gets the best out of his team and who knows how to get the job done in the best possible way, David always strives for continuous improvement in every area of the business. David has exceptional accounting and IT skills combined with considerable experience delivering the highest possible service to all levels of audience.
ERIN NEWMAN
FINANCE ASSISTANT
Erin joined the Beehive team in 2021 having worked in the social housing sector for nearly 19 years enjoying a variety of roles ranging from purchase and sales ledger to Management Accounts preparation. Erin is AAT qualified and completed an apprenticeship in team leadership and progressed to Senior Rents Officer.
NATALIE LUCAS
FINANCE ASSISTANT & OFFICE MANAGER
Natalie joined the Beehive team in 2015 and has since become an all-around admin and IT whizz..
Having developed a taste for accounting. When not organising the Beehive office, Natalie looks after her two children and farmer husband. She can also regularly be found at the local Zumba class.
CAROLINE JOHN
FINANCE ASSISTANT
Caroline joined the Beehive team in 2019 to provide additional finance and admin support as the company expands. Caroline previously spent 9 years at Rolls-Royce working in the Commercial Dept before she took a break from her career to raise her family. Caroline’s 3 children take up most of her free time, but if she does get some spare time she enjoys running.

Elaine is one of our most recent recruits, bringing with her a fabulous mix of commercial and not for profit experience coupled with 20 years in management accounts..
CHRIS PEAT
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Having spent over 30 years in the audit profession, Chris wanted to make a change and sought a role with greater purpose and one that makes a difference.
Joining Beehive as a Client Lead to some of our charities and mission driven organisations, whilst being able to utilise her accounting and client management skills, was the perfect fit.
Working with our wonderfully talented team and alongside her charities SLTs, CEOs and Trustee Boards provides a great deal of variety to the role and enables Chris to make a positive impact.
NICK WALSH
SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER
Nick joined Beehive in February 2024 as a Senior Finance Manager.
After spending the last 25 years in the commercial sector, Nick is excited to join the amazingly talented Beehive team and is looking forward to helping worthwhile causes in the charity sector.
DIESEL
SECURITY
As well as keeping an eye on who comes and goes in the office, Diesel is also responsible for monitoring snacks in the workplace. Diesel enjoys regular visits to clients where he is keen to take on more responsibility and monitor their snacks too! Outside of work Diesel loves a good tennis ball or an old sock, he’s fond of a long walk and is a much loved regular at the village pub.
LOCHLANN MCNEILL
FINANCE ASSISTANT
Lochie is our superstar recruit who has recently passed his AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting.
Since joining Beehive in 2022, he has speedily got to grips with our book keeping function and is currently looking to continue his studies at the next level.
LAURENCE CLYNE
SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER
Laurence our newest recruit, joined the Beehive team in Autumn 2024, having worked in the commercial industry in various finance roles for 12 years, and most recently in the charitable sector. Laurence wants to continue utilising his accounting skills to make a difference, working closely with Beehive’s fabulous charity partners.
When not busying himself with finance, Laurence can be found walking his dog, Edie, wild swimming, completing his coaching diploma & recording his fantasy football podcast!
WILL GIBBS
FINANCE ASSISTANT
Having gained a BSc in Biology, Will decided his real interest was within the field of accountancy.
He is building his book keeping skills and supporting the finance team across multiple accounts.
Will is currently studying for his ACCA level 4 qualifications.
CAROLINE FRY
PEOPLE & OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Caroline joined Beehive in Spring 2024 with over 20 years of experience in people, operations, and project management across a diverse set of sectors, most recently in the charitable space. She holds a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, as well as a Mental Health First Aid certification, and is passionate about getting the best out of people to drive an organisation forwards.
When not busying herself with HR or Operational matters, Caroline is often to be found playing/watching/refereeing football!.
